Hmm, wanted to sleep as early as I can everyday but it seems so hard. I just came out from the bathroom and decided that since my hair is still wet, I shall take some time to update about my blog right now. (In case you wonder why I don’t use a hair dryer, I don’t wanna wake my family up at wee hours!)

A little about today – I just met a friend for dinner this evening and caught up a bit about our lives. Came home slightly past 10 and I’m feeling tired already.

I guess I am having a love-hate issue with school.

No doubt that life has gotten busier than before. Particularly with this semester’s time table of long hours break in between lessons. This means either I’d go home after 1st lesson and return to school for 2nd, or I’ll hang around till 2nd lesson. ARGHHH. It’s really exhausting by the time I reach home!

There’s a change with this semester compared to previous year, the classes are now grouped according to specialization. Thank God for new clique, a bunch of gossip girls (opps!) and of course nice people whom I felt comfortable hanging out with. I am sure they’ll be my super good friends in time to come!

Speaking of which, I am trying to pick up Bahasa Indonesia from them. Since my mum’s Indonesian, I thought, why not? I’ve been hearing it so often that I’d more or less learnt something though i don’t quite have the courage to speak. With the help of Google translator, sure it’ll be a speedy learning journey!

School lessons wise, I love my lecturer Desmond. Ok, don’t get me wrong. I love his lesson! He is quite experienced in the field, he shares a lot with us, very encouraging, he speaks loud and clear and smile all the time. Nothing to pick on him! If I were to pick on something, I’d say his lessons are too short (3 hours)! I didn’t find it draggy. In fact I actually anticipate to his lesson every week! I have to admit that some other modules/lessons are boring me the class. Or maybe modules were fine, probably the lecturers. *duh*

The good thing is, I realized I am learning a lot this year and I think the school fees are worth it.

Poor me, been so caught up with school and has lesser time for jewellery…

“Goodbye my love” and off he goes to Finland. Officially detest departure hall. It was an emotional scene and couldn’t help it, tears flowed down my cheeks. Even till today, i still strongly remember how we parted. It’s a day i wouldn’t forget and each time i think of it, i began to be emotional once more. Sigh, we’ve never been separated for this long.

Well, i guess that’s life. There are times you’re happy, you laugh. There are times you’re sad, you cry.

I’d been so tired lately. Especially when school just started. I am so not used to sleep-early-wake-up-early routine. In addition to that, i thought that staying up late would be a good opportunity for us to webcam/chat because of the 6 hours difference. But due to some reasons, i’m going to forget about it.

Presenting you PowerShot Canon S90! It’s my NEW “Toy”! Woohooo! I love it. It’s really good.

As the saying goes, Change is good. So i’ve changed to a better camera! It is a much needed change in fact. Definitely NOT a want. =)

My old camera (most likely) belongs to the first few generations of Digital Camera has aged (like any other thing) and with technology enhancement, i could no longer call it a good camera like i’d used to and even felt that it’s so heavy despite its size. Ever since i’ve stopped using it, i switched to using a camera phone instead. And trust me, for those who thinks phone camera sucks, try Nokia N82. I’ve been using it for few years for my jewellery photos here and it’s one of the phones in the market with good camera. If not, it’s at least the best camera i’ve come across after comparing with friends’ phone. Ok ’nuff said! Check out the Canon s90 review from ieatishootipost here.
