3. State the item(s),
4. Normail mail/registered mail (FREE)
5. Payment method

• If the item(s) that you are interested in is SOLD or UNAVAILABLE, simply send an email to Wenya@Wenyadesigns.com and i will try my best to see what i can do for you. :P
• Reservations are allowed up to 3 days. Payment should be made within that period of time.
  
• For international buyers, please email me for shipping charges. Payment can be made through Paypal.

-Note: All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) excluding shipping cost.

Payment Method & Postage

• I accept any of the following payment method

1. DBS/POSB bank transfer to POSB savings account - 126-91301-0 (ATM or Internet Banking)
2. Cheques

• Item(s) will be shipped within 48hours upon receiving the payment & shipping may take 3-4 working days. Shipping (locally) is FREE with effect from 1 March 2009. Your preference of Normal mail or Registered mail. Please note that for Registered mail, we go to the Post Office 2-3 days per week.

Packaging & Defects

• Please note that WenyaDesigns will not be responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping
• Goods sold are non refundable & non exchangeable.
• Rest assured that item(s) will be properly wrapped, packed and sealed securely to prevent damage during shipping. We uses bubblewrap envelops.
• For the luxury of my buyers, the quality of workmanship of all jewellery are guaranteed for a period of 1 month from the date of purchase. If any of the items purchased from Wenyadesigns is broken or damaged in any way, please contact me. I'll need to know the damage condition & will try my best to fix it (case by case basis).

Care Instructions

• You are advised to keep all jewellery in air tight containers or zip lock bags to prevent oxidation.
• Avoid contact with liquids like perfume, soap, alcohol etc.
• Seperate all jewellery and keep in dry area.
• Remove jewellery before exercise, shower & sleep.
